What you’ll be doing...
- Act as a strategic partner to the Leadership, driving key initiatives and projects
- Drive commercial excellence initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals
- Oversee strategic program management, track progress, and ensure timely execution
- Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and provide insights for executive decisions.
- Improve operational efficiency by identifying and solving process gaps.
- Facilitate executive meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Represent the CEO in meetings when necessary.
