What you’ll be doing...
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Support the design and implementation of process improvements and data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, and Operations.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.
- Participate in testing, validation, and rollout of new systems or process changes.
- Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project success.
What we require...
- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
You stand out:
Have experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Are familiar with process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, etc.).
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Have exposure to CRM, ERP, or data visualization platforms.
Are naturally curious and eager to learn about new technologies and business models.
