Skills

  • API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured)
  • Automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
  • CI/CD integration experience
  • Performance or security testing exposure
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)

What you’ll be doing...

  • Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers / Analysts
  • Define and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices
  • Oversee test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management
  • Drive automation initiatives and improve test coverage
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring defects
  • Monitor QA metrics (defect density, test coverage, leakage, cycle time, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams
  • Ensure timely release sign-offs with quality compliance
  • Manage sprint-level QA activities in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Prepare dashboards and present quality insights to leadership

What we require...

  • 6–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance (manual and/or automation)

  • Minimum 2–3 years of team leadership experience

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

  • Proven track record of reducing defect leakage and improving release quality

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in scaling QA teams in high-growth environments

  • Certifications (ISTQB, Six Sigma, Agile certifications)
