For All Roles (Core Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Odoo-based solutions.

• Work cross-functionally with sales, technical, and functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases, features, and community updates.

• Participate in client meetings, demos, and training sessions.

Odoo Sales

• Identify potential customers and generate leads for Odoo implementations.

• Conduct product demos and pitch customized solutions.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals with a consultative approach.

Odoo Technical

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules.

• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications.

• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues.

Odoo Functional

• Gather and document business requirements.

• Configure Odoo modules according to client needs.

• Conduct functional testing and provide user training.

• Proven experience in Odoo (Sales, Technical, or Functional) – minimum 2–5 years preferred.

• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business workflows.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Passion for learning and staying ahead in the Odoo ecosystem.
