What you’ll be doing...

  • Lead backend development and design scalable Node.js architectures.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for web and mobile applications.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.
  • Optimize application performance, implement testing, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and product teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, deployment planning, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Drive innovation and recommend improvements in frameworks, tools, and technologies.

What we require...

  • 7+ years of experience in Node.js development.

  • Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, Express.js/Nest.js, and asynchronous programming.

  • Hands-on experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and API integrations.

  • Experience with microservices, cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Proficient in unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

You stand out:

  • Experience with GraphQL, Redis, or message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka).

  • Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and containerized deployments.

  • Prior experience in high-performance or large-scale systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated leadership/mentoring experience.
