What you’ll be doing...
- Lead end-to-end Odoo implementations with focus on Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, and Accounting
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional workflows and Odoo solutions
- Conduct GAP analysis and recommend standard Odoo practices
- Configure and implement Odoo modules based on business needs
- Design manufacturing workflows including BOMs, Routing, Work Centers, Production Planning, and Batch/Lot Traceability
- Ensure proper integration between operations and accounting including inventory valuation, costing, and financial reporting
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SOPs, and functional documentation
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reports
- Conduct client workshops, UAT sessions, training, and go-live support
- Support data migration, testing, and post-implementation stabilization
What we require...
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Functional Analyst
Strong expertise in Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and Accounting processes
Experience handling complete ERP implementation lifecycle
Hands-on experience with core Odoo functional modules
Strong understanding of Manufacturing operations, Inventory and warehouse management, costing & valuation method, and financial accounting & Taxation
Strong ability to interact with Chartered Accountants (CAs) and finance teams, understand accounting and compliance requirements in their domain language, and translate them into practical Odoo workflows
Experience configuring workflows, approvals, access rights, and reporting structures
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work closely with business users and technical teams
Exposure to multi-company and multi-warehouse environments preferred
Odoo certification will be an added advantage

Strong hands-on expertise in Odoo inventory, Manufacturing and Accounting implementations
Practical understanding of production planning, subcontracting, costing, and stock valuation
Experience implementing ERP solutions for manufacturing industries such as Engineering, FMCG, Pharma, Chemical, or Process Manufacturing
Strong consulting mindset with focus on process improvement and operational efficiency
Experience handling complex client requirements and ERP transformation initiatives
Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, operational controls, and profitability analysis
Ability to train users, improve process discipline, and recommend scalable ERP-driven workflows
