What you’ll be doing...

  • Lead the development of modern, high-performance web applications using React.js and related frameworks.

  • Design, build, and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries.

  • Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

  • Review code, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best coding practices.

  • Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and reliability.

  • Stay current with the latest front-end trends and contribute to technical strategy and architecture decisions.

What we require...

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
  • Strong experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
  • Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs or GraphQL services.
  • Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

You stand out:

  • You’ve worked with Next.js, React Query, or Tailwind CSS.

  • You have experience in unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and code optimization.

  • You’re passionate about UI/UX and have a strong sense of design implementation.

  • You’ve contributed to defining front-end architecture or led small technical teams.

  • You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
