What you’ll be doing...
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional engineering teams across frontend, backend, mobile, database, and AWS/cloud projects
- Own end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch retrospectives
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics with product, design, and engineering teams
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies (standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively
- Act as the single point of accountability for project delivery, timelines, and quality
- Maintain project documentation including plans, status reports, and release notes
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders and clients
- Track and report key project KPIs such as velocity, burn rate, defect density, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with DevOps and cloud teams for AWS infrastructure, deployments, and cost optimization
- Support integration of AI-driven features, including requirement scoping and coordination
- Drive process improvements and implement engineering best practices across teams
What we require...
- Strong experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with Agile & Scrum methodologies
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, Mobile, Database, AWS)
- Strong skills in risk management, stakeholder communication, and reporting
- Experience in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement gathering
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, ClickUp, Confluence, or Trello
- Experience in project tracking, KPI reporting, and release coordination
- Understanding of AWS cloud environments and deployment workflows
- Strong planning skills for resource allocation, capacity, and roadmap management
