Who you will be doing...

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Create detailed user stories, functional specifications, and wireframes.

  • Conduct gap analysis, identify business opportunities, and propose innovative solutions.

  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Work closely with the QA team to validate solutions against requirements.

  • Facilitate client meetings, demos, and discussions to bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs.

What we require...

  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar documentation tools.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to create wireframes, process flows, and requirement documents.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, UX principles, and business process modeling.

You stand out:

  • Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or FinTech domains.

  • Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.

  • Experience working in a client-facing role

  • Familiarity with API documentation and integrations.

  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent) is a plus
