What you’ll be doing...
- Plan, build, and execute data-driven PPC strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Own the full paid media funnel from audience targeting and keyword intent mapping to landing page optimization
- Take full accountability for ad spend, performance, and optimization decisions
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maintain ROAS through testing and bid adjustments
- Work with meaningful budgets where decisions directly impact financial performance
- Collaborate with design, content, and tech teams to launch effective campaigns
- Track CTR, CPA, CVR, and ROAS, and maintain clean, actionable reporting
- Create and present monthly performance reports with clear insights
- Document processes and bring structure to PPC execution through dashboards and workflows
- Stay updated with platform changes, automation features, privacy updates, and algorithm shifts
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on growth and scaling strategies
- Use automation rules and smart bidding to improve efficiency
- Experiment with AI-assisted ad variations and creative testing
- Reduce manual work through structured workflows and data-backed optimization
What we require...
- 4–5 years of hands-on PPC experience managing campaigns (agency or client-side)
- Comfort owning budgets, performance, and decisions independently
- Strong understanding of paid media logic and funnel strategy
- Ability to act on data quickly without analysis paralysis
- Sharp analytical mindset and strong numerical intuition
- Confidence in communicating through reports, briefs, and discussions
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving approach
You stand out:
- Have experience running international or multi-region campaigns
- Have exposure to Amazon Ads
- Hold Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
- Have experience with GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM-based audience targeting
- Have worked in SaaS or IT services marketing
