Who you will be doing...

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at 7Span, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic client acquisition and retention. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, exploring new sales channels, and implementing effective sales strategies to expand our market presence.


  1. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities

    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective strategies

  2. Lead Generation:

    • Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research

    • Qualify leads and arrange meetings with potential clients

  3. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

    • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives

  4. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients

    • Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve sales targets

  5. Sales Reporting and Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline

    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback

  6. Collaboration and Teamwork:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

  7. Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

    • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

What we require...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

  • Understanding of the industry in which the company operates
