What you’ll be doing...

  • Architect and deliver complete, production-ready full-stack applications from concept to production deployment.
  • Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs with seamless front-end integration.
  • Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor junior team members.
  • Communicate and integrate with external web services and third-party APIs, as well as payment services integration like Stripe or any other payment service.
  • Implement server-side solutions using Node.js with expertise in NoSQL and SQL databases.
  • Experienced in AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
  • Drive performance optimization initiatives across the application stack.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation.

What we require...

  • 5+ years of professional experience developing modern web applications using Node.js and RDBMS/NoSQL databases.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Express.js and Nest.js frameworks.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with React.js and at least one additional frontend framework (Vue.js/ Nuxt.js/ Next.js).
  • Knowledge of security best practices and implementation (OAuth\SSO, JWT).
  • Proven track record of building and consuming REST APIs at scale.
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript/ES6+, TypeScript, JSON, and Redux(State Management).
  • Strong experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket), including branching strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full web development lifecycle (Design, Development, Testing, and Deployment).
  • Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

You stand out:

  • Deep expertise in Node.js development using TypeScript in production environments.
  • Advanced experience with both RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis) databases.
  • Knowledge in GraphQL implementation and optimization.
  • Knowledge of server management, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing Microservices architecture.
  • Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFront.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker).
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience with a track record of mentoring developers.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, ClickUp).
  • Experience in No-Code / Low Code (Supabase / Directus / Strapi).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and IDEs such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding assistants.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and implementation, including tool calling, function calling, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns.
  • Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Experience with Application Performance Management (APM) tools (New Relic).
