Who you will be doing...

  • We are looking for a Technical Manager with a strong foundation in Node.js, React.js, and Cloud (preferred Azure, GCP)  to lead and mentor a team of talented developers. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with proven leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for driving high-quality software solutions.
      Team Leadership and Management

    • Lead a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development.

    • Drive team performance by setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and conducting regular performance reviews.

    • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that promotes continuous learning and growth.

    • Technical Oversight

    • Architect and design scalable, secure, high-performance web applications using Node.js and React.js.

    • Oversee code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.

    • Manage the integration of cloud services, ensuring the application is cost-efficient, resilient, and scalable.

    • Project Management

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and create detailed technical plans.

    • Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and assign them to team members.

    • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high quality.

    • DevOps and Cloud Management

    • Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.

    • Optimize application hosting and infrastructure on Cloud, leveraging services like EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, etc.

    • Ensure security compliance and scalability of cloud infrastructure.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.

    • Act as the technical point of contact for all full-stack development initiatives.

    • Innovation and Continuous Improvement

    • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Node.js, React.js, AWS, and full-stack development.

    • Proactively suggest improvements to processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.


What we require...

  • Experience: 8+ years in software development with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

    • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

    • Experience with AWS services like EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.

    • Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORMs (e.g., Sequelize, TypeORM).

    • Proficiency in containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.

You stand out:

  • Experience with serverless architecture.

  • Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks/tools such as Next.js or Redux.

  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like CloudWatch & New Relic..

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.

  • Experience with Node.js using TypeScript

  • Experience with NoSQL and RDBMS databases

  • Familiarity with GraphQL

  • Good knowledge of server management and deployment processes

  • Experience with Microservices architecture

  • Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, SQS, SNS, and Lambda

  • Proficiency with Docker or Kubernetes

  • Experience with Application Performance Management (APM) services

  • Team-leading experience
